Olá, Estava a tentar mover os meus hubs zigbee todos para a Conbee 2, que me pareceu a melhor solução. Após a instalação em Raspberry PI4, consegui adicionar alguns sensores, logo de seguida tive uma notificação para a actualização de software, a qual realizei através do add-on DECONZ. Desde então que não funciona, tenho a informação nas configurações avançadas em firmware “not connected”. Tentei desinstalar o add-on, remover a integração e fazer tudo de novo… Adicionei uma extensão USB de 1.5m e tenho tudo instalado numa porta 2.0. Alguem já experienciou algo parecido? Aparentemente não está a conseguir fazer a ligação. Pode estar ocupado.Não tens o ZHA configurado? ---

Mas quando tento verificar o hardware no supervisor umas vezes está lá a conbee outras não, como se tivesse interferências. ---

Eventualmente, podes ter energía insuficiente a alimentar a conbee. Tenta utilizar um hub alimentado ou trocar de porta usb. ---

Já tentei nas 4 portas USB, inclusive nas 3.0 ---

Uma vez tive uma situação parecida com um update. Tive de colocar a conbee no PC e forçar lá o update que tinha ‘ficado a meio’. Não sei se será o mesmo problema mas podes sempre tentar ---

@tmarquespt Penso que deve ser a mesma coisa, agora o problema que tenho é que não consigo conectar a conbee através do Windows… Como forçaste a instalação? Já instalei o software mas apos a conexão a conbee aparece e desaparece… sem que se consiga conectar ao deCONZ. Como tenho windows 11 não sei se isso vem daí… ---
